Missions
The QA/QC Engineer plays a central role in ensuring that all quality, documentation, and technical communication processes for the construction of Luminus’ new €500M CCGT power plant in Seraing are fully compliant with ISO 9001 / ISO 10005, contractual requirements, and industry best practices. Working within the Generation department and embedded in the project team, the engineer supports the QA/QC Manager and collaborates closely with the completion engineer, documentation controller, EPC contractor, engineering teams, and certification bodies.

Missions
The QA/QC Engineer plays a central role in ensuring that all quality, documentation, and technical communication processes for the construction of Luminus’ new €500M CCGT power plant in Seraing are fully compliant with ISO 9001 / ISO 10005, contractual requirements, and industry best practices. Working within the Generation department and embedded in the project team, the engineer supports the QA/QC Manager and collaborates closely with the completion engineer, documentation controller, EPC contractor, engineering teams, and certification bodies.
The role covers the full lifecycle of project quality management: applying QA/QC procedures, managing Vendor Dossiers, ensuring proper handling of non‑conformities and technical queries, and maintaining alignment between engineering deliverables and contractual obligations. A key responsibility is leading the Mechanical Completion process, including walkdowns, punch list definition, QA meetings, and quality KPIs. The QA/QC Engineer also contributes to the preparation and acceptance of the Project Final Dossier and supports the Taking Over and handover to Operations & Maintenance.
Requirements
- Senior QA/QC background in EPC / power generation
- Proven CCGT construction experience
- Strong command of quality standards and industrial certifications
- Fluent in English and French
- International project exposure
- Hands‑on, proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented
