The role involves leading cybersecurity strategy adoption, working closely with HR and management teams. The objective is to embed security into organizational processes and culture.

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement cybersecurity policies with CISO GRC Team and HR.
- Drive change management across all cybersecurity projects.
- Translate cybersecurity strategy into actionable guidance.
- Track adoption and report to Executive Leadership
- Ensure alignment with risk and governance frameworks.
