Lightspeed is seeking a French-speaking Product Adoption Strategist to join the EMEA team. You will own end-to-end human-led adoption programs, design sessions, facilitate, and measure performance for select features or markets.
You will translate adoption opportunities into scalable clinics, masterclasses, and peer roundtables to boost value realization. Working with Product, Data, Education and Account management, you will craft cross-functional journeys aligned with merchant needs and product
