Are you a born organiser with a passion for the construction industry? As a Site Manager, you are the key figure on our construction sites. You will ensure that everything on site runs smoothly and safely, from start-up to completion. The position requires a strong focus on planning, communication and quality control, while working with subcontractors, suppliers and clients. You will coach a team of workers and foremen, detect risks and opportunities, and contribute to technical solutions in collaboration with your project leader.

Responsibilities

• Organising and planning the site from A to Z, including daily planning and preparation.
• Coaching and motivating the team with emphasis on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Monitor progress, quality, budget and schedules.
• Coordinate communication with all parties involved.
• Actively participate in site meetings and consultation moments.

Qualifications

Ervaren leider met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een resultaatgerichte instelling gezocht. Je beschikt over minimaal 5 a 10 jaar werkervaring in infrastructuurwerken.

• Bachelor Bouwkunde/Landmeten of Industrieel Bouwkunde.
• Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, basiskennis Frans en Engels.
• Natuurlijke flair voor organisatie en planning.
• Flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid en oog voor deadlines.
• Vlotte communicatie, aangevuld met leiderschapskwaliteiten als people manager.
• Praktisch inzicht en vermogen om risico's en kansen te herkennen.
