Your role and responsibilities

After an extensive onboarding and training period, you take ownership of one or more product groups, and be able to bring support where needed to colleagues specialists/purchasers in the team to their product range (purely within Frame & Cabin). You develop and continuously optimize the product portfolio based on market insights, customer needs and technical requirements. You work closely with suppliers and internal teams to define correct product specifications, dimensions and material types. You act as the point of contact for product-related and technical questions from sales and other internal departments. You monitor product quality, availability and performance and take corrective actions when needed. You analyze returns and customer complaints and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on sustainable solutions. You support marketing with the positioning and launch of new or improved products. You stay up to date with market developments through research, supplier interactions and occasional trade fairs. You are not deterred from visiting trade fairs or suppliers in the future, either independently or not, in order to expand your knowledge and portfolio.

Your profile

You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. You have a good knowledge of French and English. You are not required to be a technical expert, but you have a strong interest in technical products that serve for different markets (forklifts, aerial work platforms, industrial vehicles, agricultural machines, ...). You work independently, take ownership and are confident in decision-making. You are structured, analytical and solution-oriented. You communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. You feel comfortable in a calm, experienced team environment where focus and collaboration are key.
