Johnson & Johnson is seeking a recent chemistry graduate or experienced candidate to join our non-standard manufacturing team in Belgium. You will produce Drug Product Intermediates, scale new chemical and physical processes, and help launch medicines while ensuring GMP, safety and quality in a high-tech environment.
You will perform chemical reactions and unit operations, tackle daily production challenges, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with fixed teams on continuous improvement.
