We are currently looking for German and Dutch speakers for a Customer Advisor position in Ghent, Belgium, within an international company in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Provide support related to products and services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work in a dynamic, international environment
Working schedule
- 24/7 rotational shifts
- 7 hours 30 minutes per day
- 30-minute break
Important conditions
- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
- Initial contract structure is 1–3–6 months (not permanent from day one)
- First month training is fully on-site
- After training, only 1 day per week remote work is allowed
Requirements
- Fluency in German and Dutch (both required)
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and reliable
