- Manage health insurance contracts with precision and care and empathy
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and partners
- Ensure seamless onboarding, updates, and cancellations of policies
- Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver outstanding service
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-ups
