Our client, an international organisation active in technical services and customer support, is undergoing a major digital transformation across its European operations. To support this journey, they are looking for an experienced Business Analyst & Transformation Project Lead .

In this key position within the organization , you will drive business improvement initiatives, manage strategic projects, and act as the link between operational teams and IT.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Programme Management

  • Manage a portfolio of business transformation and IT-related projects.
  • Define priorities, timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Process Improvement

  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Drive initiatives focused on standardisation, automation, and digitalisation.
  • Support the development of scalable and efficient operational practices.

Requirements Analysis

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Translate operational and commercial needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Ensure requirements are understood by technical teams and external partners.
  • Solution Development

Collaborate closely with IT and business systems teams.

  • Evaluate and implement solutions that support both current and future business needs.
  • Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Commercial & Supplier Management

  • Support and lead commercial initiatives related to projects and business improvements.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Participate in contract discussions and monitor project budgets and performance.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary contact between business operations and IT teams
  • Build strong relationships across departments and facilitate effective communication.
  • Ensure business priorities are clearly understood and aligned.
