- Direct leadership of 4 Sales Representatives and 2 Sales Managers.

Your responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Benelux sales strategy, driving sustainable and profitable growth.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of 4 Sales Representatives and 2 Sales Managers.
- Win major new customers and expand relationships with strategic accounts.
- Identify new markets, trade lanes and opportunities to increase market share.
- Lead high-value tenders, commercial negotiations and senior-level customer relationships.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven senior sales leadership experience within freight forwarding, logistics or international supply chain.
- A strong track record of winning new business and growing major customer accounts.
- Experience managing sales teams and driving commercial performance.
- Strong understanding of the Benelux logistics market and its commercial opportunities.
- A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ambitious targets into measurable results.
