Toyota Motor Europe seeks a motivated intern to shape Gazoo Racing customer experiences across Europe. You will create toolkits, best practices, and market support while collaborating with the GR CX team to deliver practical guidelines and templates.
You will help boost market adoption of CX initiatives, monitor KPI progress, and develop ready-to-use communication assets for recruitment and participation in Gemba Experiences.
