Brussel Hoofdstad, Brussel Hoofdstad, Belgique Enky Temps plein 60 000 € - 85 000 € Contrat

Why this role, why now

France is our historic market — proven model, established investor base, strong track record. We’re now accelerating hard in the UK, and opening the Netherlands as our next frontier. That’s why trilingual FR/EN/NL is a must for this role: you’ll be the voice investors hear across all three markets, sometimes in the same afternoon.

Your mission

You’ll be the day-to-day relationship owner for a growing base of investors across both Enky Invest (furniture-backed) and MomoAmo (real estate-backed) — split between bringing new investors onboard and keeping existing ones engaged.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle inbound onboarding calls with new leads — walk them through the product, answer their questions, and convert interest into a first investment

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing investors: check-ins, follow-up, upsell into new opportunities as they open up

  • Own investor support end-to-end for both Enky Invest and MomoAmo — questions on their positions, documents, process

  • Work across France, the UK, and the Netherlands markets, adapting your pitch and tone to each

  • Feed market and investor feedback back to Thomas to help refine the product and messaging

  • Learn the ropes alongside Etienne (who owns our high-ticket / high-touch investor relationships) and grow into more complex deals over time

Who you are

  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role — wealth management, private banking, insurance, fintech customer success, or B2B sales — comfortable talking about financial products on the phone
  • Fluent in French, English, and Dutch — you’ll need all three, often in the same week
  • A natural at building trust quickly over a call — warm, clear, structured
  • Curious about finance and real assets; not intimidated by numbers or investment terminology
  • Autonomous, organized, comfortable owning a pipeline of relationships without hand-holding
  • A team-player mindset — you’ll be learning from Etienne and reporting into Thomas
