Holton-Arms School seeks a Director of Finance to lead a $50M operating budget and $160M in assets, overseeing accounting, budgeting, and financial systems. You will mentor a small finance team, partner with campus leaders, and drive multi-year financial models and strategic planning.
Reporting to the CFO/COO, you will support real-time decision-making, ensure robust controls, and modernize reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role on our Bethesda campus with comprehensive benefits.
