IWG plc in Belgium is seeking a Customer Services Manager to lead our centre’s daily operations and drive performance. You’ll have autonomy to run the site like your own business, solving problems and delivering world-class service.
You’ll manage a small team, upsell to customers, give tours, and ensure every guest leaves as a brand ambassador for IWG. A passion for customer focus and resilience will help you thrive in our fast-growing global organisation.
