My client is active in the animal welfare sector.

Manage member interactions, responding to inquiries and providing personalized follow-up;
Coordinate general administrative activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
Update and maintain member databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity;
Prepare reports and documentation required for fundraising campaigns;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication;
Manage written and electronic correspondence with members;
Support the organization and coordination of events and awareness-raising initiatives;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures.

Hold a degree in Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or another relevant field;
Have an excellent command of both French and Dutch;
Enjoy working with people and building strong relationships;
Work in a structured, organized, and detail-oriented manner;
Are proficient in standard IT tools, including Microsoft Office and database management systems;
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and Dutch;
Are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with members;
Have an interest in, and ideally an affinity for, the non-profit sector and its values.
