Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers within virtualized environments.
- Execute system updates and patches through formal change control processes.
- Perform backup, restore, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the server infrastructure.
- Support infrastructure qualification processes, including IQ/OQ, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Ensure data integrity by managing access controls and monitoring audit trails.
- Participate in deviations, CAPA processes, and infrastructure audits.
- Operate in accordance with SOPs and maintain accurate technical documentation.
