Leading and coordinatingcomplex real estate and construction projects from initiation through completion.
Managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Directingmultidisciplinary project teams and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Translating project business plansinto budgets and financial frameworks for project partners.
Integrating and guiding sustainabilityand digitalization initiatives at project level.
Identifyingopportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
In this role, you lead the successful delivery of sustainable real estate projects while ensuring transparency and control over project quality, budgets, schedules, and risks for all stakeholders.

Your value
- Master's degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Architecture, or Law
- Relevant professional experience within the construction or real estate sector
- Experience with digitalization and digital tools used throughout design and construction processes
- Good command of Dutch and/or French
- Strategic mindset and strong decision-making skills in complex project environments
- Proven leadership capabilities with strong stakeholder and team management skills
