Construction Site Electrician

Tasks

• You install distribution boards, data cabinets and cabling for electrical circuits and data networks
• You place and adjust lighting fixtures, together with the measurement and control technician
• You mount switches, sockets, videophone and other finishing elements with enthusiasm
• You test electrical and data installations and dismantle old installations during renovation
• You work together with an experienced and passionate team and the site manager

This is what your package looks like:

• depending on your experience, your salary is between 18.231 and 21.94 euros per hour
• you are entitled to €115 in eco vouchers

• Statutory vacation days: you are entitled to your vacation days according to Belgian legislation, accrued on the basis of your performance in the previous year. This amounts to approximately 20 days of annual leave, depending on your contract hours and performance.
• Construction leave: in the construction sector there is the tradition of a collective construction holiday in summer, for 3 weeks.
• Christmas holiday: between Christmas and New Year you are also off for 2 weeks.
• Compensatory rest days: in addition to your statutory leave, there are compensatory rest days that are fixed sector-wide. On these days you do not work and do not take vacation days, but compensatory rest days.

Requirements

• You have followed a technical training or have experience in a similar sector
• Basic knowledge of electricity and data is required; in-depth knowledge is an advantage
• Reading technical plans? You can do that without any problem
• You enjoy working with an enthusiastic team, but can also work independently
• Safety and accuracy are very important to you
