Turner - miller

As a turner-miller, you play a key role in manufacturing, modifying, and repairing parts. You work with both conventional and CNC-controlled turning and milling machines, and you actively contribute to determining the most efficient work sequence. This is not standard start-stop production work: your technical insight and problem-solving skills truly make the difference. Your responsibilities

• Independently create, set up, and optimize CNC programs.
• Perform a variety of turning and milling operations.
• Analyse incoming repair jobs and accurately measure components.
• Prepare sketches or simple technical drawings for upcoming machining tasks.
• Carry out dimensional checks using precision measuring instruments and ensure quality standards are met.
• Proactively suggest improvements to work methods and processes.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in your work area.
• Operate an overhead crane to rotate and move workpieces.
• Switch quickly and flexibly between different assignments.
