argenx SE is seeking a Principal Scientist to lead biology-driven discovery efforts in Gent/Zwijnaarde. You will oversee portions of the discovery pipeline, guiding disease- and target-biology questions and shaping project workplans with a focus on early risk assessment and translational potential.
You will develop future leaders, coach teams, and engage across functions to make data-driven go/no-go decisions while advancing novel therapeutics for patients.
