Spektrum seeks an SMA O2 Coordinator to provide administrative and reporting support to SMA O2 and SMC leadership at NATO in Mons, Belgium. You will manage calendars, prepare minutes, and coordinate governance data and meetings.
You will consolidate data for dashboards, support lifecycle board activities, and help plan projects using MS Project and ServiceNow. Excellent English and NATO clearance are essential.
