Qualification & Validation Engineer - Packaging & Production

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Qualification & Validation specialist to strengthen their manufacturing team. The role focuses on supporting a periodic qualification review project and various packaging-related equipment projects within a production environment.

• Support the periodic review of qualification status for production and assembly systems.
• Execute qualification and validation activities for production and packaging equipment.
• Manage assembly and packaging validation tasks for combination products.
• Identify technical issues and propose appropriate solutions during the validation lifecycle.
• Prepare and execute qualification and validation protocols while maintaining technical documentation.
• Investigate deviations and technical issues related to equipment qualification.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and follow-up of assigned activities.

• You have 3+ years of experience in Qualification & Validation within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• You bring hands‑on expertise in the qualification of production and packaging equipment, specifically for combination products.
• You possess strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, autonomous mindset.
• You are fluent in French with technical reading and writing proficiency in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in Computerized System Validation (CSV).
• Additional experience within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
