FeCAP Reliability Deep Dive: Wake-Up, Fatigue

Imec invites a Master internship in Leuven to advance the electrical and physical characterization of hafnium-based ferroelectric capacitors. The project focuses on investigating wake-up, fatigue, and imprint interdependencies in FeCAP devices within imec’s state-of-the-art facilities.
