Job Summary

Medpace is een wereldwijd onderzoeksbedrijf dat klinische studies ondersteunt voor de farmaceutische en biotechindustrie. Voor ons Project Management Team zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiasteAdministrative Medewerker.

Je ondersteunt het team bij diverse administratieve taken, zoals het invoeren en onderhouden van gegevens in databases, het versturen van e-mails, het printen van handleidingen, het opmaken van dossiers en het klasseren van documenten. Zo draag je bij aan een vlotte ondersteuning van onze projecten en studies.

Responsibilities

In deze functie:

• beheer en verwerk je gegevens in verschillende databanken;
• ondersteun je het Project Management Team bij diverse administratieve en organisatorische taken;
• sta je in contact met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders;
• werk je nauwkeurig en heb je oog voor detail; en
• ben je flexibel en weet je prioriteiten te stellen.

Qualifications

• Je beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een administratieve richting, of hebt relevante administratieve werkervaring opgebouwd.
• Een administratieve ervaring binnen de medische, klinische of farmaceutische sector, is een pluspunt.
• Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
• Je bent computervaardig en vertrouwd met MS Office.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en haalt voldoening uit een ondersteunende administratieve rol.
• Je bent op zoek naar een stabiele functie waarin je je administratieve expertise verder kunt ontwikkelen en op lange termijn een waardevolle bijdrage kunt leveren aan het team.
