Overview

You’ve probably already heard about Ghent’s buzzing tech scene, now’s your chance to be part of it Kickstart your career in the wondrous world of SaaS. We’re looking for an early‑career professional ready to grow into Product Management. Someone who can communicate clearly, break down complex problems, and collaborate across product, technology, and business. In this role you will learn how to bring SaaS features and product initiatives from idea to launch, while building a strong foundation for a long‑term career in product.

Responsibilities

Shape, validate, and deliver impactful features and projects as part of the Product team.
Learn customer needs, collaborate with Design and Engineering, and translate ideas into executable solutions.
Contribute to end‑to‑end product work, from customer and market input to delivery and adoption.
Research and structure product opportunities, break abstract problems into clear next steps, and drive straightforward features and projects forward.
Work on cross‑functional initiatives that matter to the Product team, including longer‑term or exploratory topics.
Join customer visits, fairs, and relevant events to stay close to the market and learn what matters in logistics and SaaS.
Report directly to the VP of Product and develop the skills needed to grow into a full Product Management role over time.

Qualifications

Master’s degree, preferably in (business) engineering.
2–3 years of work experience, ready for the next step into Product.
Prior experience as an Associate PM, Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Consultant, or a related SaaS or software‑related role is a plus.
Fully professional in Dutch and English; French is important and you should be comfortable having conversations with customers.
Strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and the ability to break down abstract problems into concrete actions.
Curiosity, technical interest, and familiarity with concepts like SaaS, product development, or working with digital tools.
Live in Belgium and willing to work at least 4 days a week from the office in Ghent, with regular customer visits, fairs, events, and occasional travel.
