Our client is a leading organization in the energy sector dedicated to building sustainable and reliable infrastructure. This role involves supporting the successful delivery of a major international infrastructure program within the large projects division.
Responsibilities
- Define and continuously improve the program management framework including standards for budget, schedule, and risk management.
- Support the definition and management of integrated baselines for scope and budget to ensure coherence across all control domains.
- Consolidate budget estimates and cost forecasts while providing clear insight into variances and trends.
- Facilitate risk and opportunity management by identifying potential issues and supporting the team with mitigation actions.
- Develop and manage consistent program reporting for governance bodies to support fact-based decision-making.
- Coordinate expert activities to align priorities and promote constructive collaboration across the project team.
Requirements
- You have a Master's degree in a financial, business, or technical field such as engineering.
- You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in project or program management.
- You possess strong organizational skills with a results-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- You're able to communicate convincingly and translate complex information into concise management insights.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch or French with a good working knowledge of French or Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or CAPEX projects.
- Completion of a PMI, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, Power BI, and risk management methodologies.
