Rocco Forte Hotels in Brussels is seeking a Chief Steward to supervise daily stewarding operations and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and dining areas.
You will lead a team, coordinate with department managers, manage inventories and budget, and support recruitment. Fluent English and French are essential, and prior experience in this role is required. Meals on duty and uniform laundry are provided.
