Sous Chef: Own the Kitchen, Keep Ops Running

Aikido-Security is seeking a Sous Chef to join our casual, two-person kitchen in Ghent. You’ll cook alongside our Chef, run daily prep and service, and ensure smooth operations while feeding 70 colleagues each day.

You’ll cover when the head chef is away, own designated stations, and help with ordering and stock management. HACCP logs and allergen tracking are part of your responsibilities.
