Full-stack Software Developer (.NET Core)

At European Commodities, technology plays a central role in real-time energy trading. As a Full-stack Software Developer, you’ll help build and evolve the systems that support forecasting, scheduling, trading, risk management, and invoicing in one of the most complex and fast-moving markets.

You’ll work closely with traders, analysts, and data specialists to turn complex requirements into reliable, scalable software with real impact.

Your role

You’ll be part of a development team responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving our proprietary software environment, including:

• Energy forecasting and scheduling platforms
• Customer contracting and invoicing systems
• Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) solutions
• Supporting services and internal tools

You enjoy working on complex systems, thinking end-to-end, and building software that directly supports business-critical operations in the energy market.

• You have a strong analytical mindset and like solving complex problems

Your background

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field
• At least 2 years of practical programming experience, with most of the following technologies:
  • .NET Core
  • SQL server
  • PostgresSQL (+Timescale DB)
  • Blazor
  • Angular(2+)
  • NserviceBus
  • Azure Service Bus
• A good command of English
