Devoteam Belgium is seeking a ServiceNow Business Consultant to bridge client business stakeholders and our technical delivery team. You will lead workshops, translate requirements, and guide end-to-end service delivery on the ServiceNow platform.
You will own engagements from requirements gathering to go-live, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, in a hybrid work setting across Belgium.
