Junior Mechanical Engineer

We are working with an employer who are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer with a degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering or a related field, to join a medium-sized manufacturing employer in the Limburg area. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Master’s graduate or early-career engineer who is looking to develop their technical skills and build a long-term career in product engineering and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Spending time on the shop floor learning the full catalogue of products, manufacturing processes and assembly methods
• Supporting the creation and organisation of product assembly lines, construction checklists, material costs and machinery checks
• Working with assembly and technical drawings to understand how parts and structural designs translate into the manufacturing environment

About You

• A recently completed or soon-to-be-completed Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with CAD/Inventor or similar engineering software
• A great communicator and team player
• Previous professional experience is beneficial but not essential
