Your Responsibilities
- Perform the administrative closing of contracts in Miles
- Review and validate contract termination documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal procedures
- Handle Salesforce cases related to contract termination queries, the majority is early termination proposals and invoice related questions
- Manage multiple shared mailboxes and ensure timely, accurate responses to incoming email inquiries
Who are we looking for?
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
- You have strong administrative skills and have a hands-on mentality
- Experience with tools like Miles and Salesforce are a plus but not a must
- you can distinguish main and secondary issues
- you work accurately and attentively
- you are a team player
