What you will do
You will join the credit control team of a financial services company active in the automotive sector, where you will be responsible for managing and following up on outstanding receivables.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and proactively following up on outstanding invoices within your assigned customer portfolio
- Following up on the key account portfolio by phone and in writing
- Managing complaints, disputes and payment plans for all customer segments
- Analysing and coordinating complex customer files with internal and external stakeholders
- Investigating and ensuring correct allocation of unassigned payments in collaboration with the accounting team
What we are looking for
- Experience in B2B collections
- Advanced knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills, with recent hands-on experience
- Knowledge of a collection tool
- Accounting insight and an analytical mindset
- Ability to deal with change and flexibility
- Full professional proficiency in Dutch or French
- Full professional proficiency in English
The setting
This assignment runs from 23 November 2026 to 31 January 2027. The work location is in Flemish Brabant, with a hybrid working arrangement. You will be working full-time.
