Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Agent for Mercedes, to join our team in Greece in a remote-first setup. You will be the primary contact for Mercedes owners, guiding them on vehicle features, handling inquiries across phone, email, and chat, and coordinating service appointments.
The ideal candidate is fluent in French with strong English, holds an EU passport or Greek work permit, and demonstrates a genuine interest in automotive customer care within a
