Johnson & Johnson in Belgium is hiring a Start-Up Engineer within the Build Operations team. You will ensure operational readiness for major CAR-T expansion projects, including facility expansions and deployment of new equipment and future-proof technologies in our Ghent manufacturing areas.
You will collaborate across Ops, QA, QC, IT and external partners to capture user requirements, develop documentation, and drive quality, compliance, and on-time project delivery.
