GetLead is looking for a Medior or Senior CRO Expert to maximize client traffic value through research, experimentation and continuous optimization. You will analyze user behavior, identify friction in funnels and design data-backed experiments to improve landing-page conversion rates and lead quality.
You will audit websites and landing pages for conversion bottlenecks, use Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity and GA4, develop hypotheses and run tests.
