Coordinating operational processes in stores on the Belgium market
Collaboration with contractors providing services to Belgium stores
Support in acquiring new contractors
New store openings
Creating regulations and operational documents for the French market
Invoice approvals for the Belgium market
Minimum one year of experience in a similar position - retail industry experience welcome
Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage), Polish nice to have
Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, especiallyExcel(essential)
Very good organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate with internal departments and external contractors
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Availability to work on-site
