As a service technician for (sit-down) scrubbing and sweeping machines at Van Damme Waregem, you will join an experienced team of motivated colleagues who help each other where necessary. You will also have the opportunity to take plenty of initiative. We are in full swing and growing, and you can help us build on that.

Your responsibilities

• You perform maintenance and repairs on professional cleaning machines in a modern workshop equipped with the latest equipment
• You replace parts
• You will perform preventive maintenance.
• You will assist our customers with technical questions.
• You will detect and resolve electrical and mechanical malfunctions.

Strengths

• For this position, it is important that you have technical insight and are sociable.
• Preferably, you have completed training in electromechanics, automotive technology, or similar.
• Experience as a technician is a plus, but enthusiastic school leavers are also welcome.
• You are technically hands-on, accurate, and independent.
• You are not afraid to get your hands (and work clothes) dirty.
• If you speak Dutch and French fluently, this is an asset.
