PROJECT ENGINEER
The Project Engineer is responsible for designing the most efficient warehouse solution for the client, in compliance with all regulations of the Key Account.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Designing warehouse layouts optimized for maximum capacity and cost efficiency, while taking product specifications into account.
- Performing stability calculations in accordance with current safety and stability standards applicable in the relevant country, with support from the Senior Project or Static Engineer.
- Defining component configurations and calculating accurate quotation prices based on these, including the preparation of a complete technical description.
- Setting priorities across project files to ensure deadlines for preparing quotations within the department are met.
- Staying up to date with market developments regarding products and customer requirements.
- Providing technical support to the sales team during the technical presentation of the project.
Profiel
Profile
- Master or Bachelor in Engineering (direction electromechanics, industrial design …).
- Good knowledge of Dutch & English; French is a plus.
- You have a sense of initiative, you are stress‑resistant & dynamic.
- You have knowledge of stability & strength calculations.
- You have affinity with materials.
- You have a good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- You are open for a 100% office job.
