Jobomschrijving
- Lead and manage regional facilities operations across multiple sites
- Supervise facilities personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development
- Establish team priorities, allocate resources, and coordinate daily operational activities
- Drive service delivery excellence through vendor and contractor management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor facility performance and ensure service level agreements are achieved
- Oversee maintenance programmes, inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness plans
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement facilities management policies and operational procedures
- Prepare business cases and presentations for capital investments and improvement initiatives
- Manage operating budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost control activities
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions proactively
- Support long-term facilities strategy and asset optimisation initiatives
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence
