You will manage material and service onboarding, supplier changes, compliance activities, business continuity and process improvement. The role combines quality, operations, data analysis and stakeholder collaboration within a pharmaceutical production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Material lifecycle: Manage onboarding and maintenance of materials and services.
• Supplier changes: Assess supplier changes for quality and compliance impact.
• Compliance: Review procedures against internal and external standards.
• Change control: Address compliance gaps and follow actions through change control.
• Business continuity: Support alternatives for materials during supply issues.
• Cost management: Identify cost reduction opportunities without affecting quality or supply.
• Operational excellence: Optimise processes, data and systems using Excel and Power BI.
• Continuous improvement: Support improvement initiatives and document migration activities.
• Projects: Contribute to cross functional projects involving materials and operations.

Required competences & skills

• Communication: Communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Mindset: Be proactive, curious, solution oriented and willing to challenge ideas constructively.
• Digital skills: Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Data: Comfortable working with data, systems and limited information.
• Independence: Work independently while maintaining a structured project approach.
• Flexibility: Respond effectively to dynamic priorities and ad hoc requests.
• Pharmaceutical knowledge: Understand processes and materials within pharmaceutical production.
• GMP: Demonstrate knowledge of GMP and relevant quality systems.
• Technical affinity: Understand critical aspects of materials and services.
• Cross functional collaboration: Interest in working across research, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and operational excellence.
