Interim Pension

Robert Half is currently looking for an Interim Pension & Benefits Specialist (m/f/x) for a minimum duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

Our client is a company operating in the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities Interim Pension & Benefits Specialist:

• Pension & Benefits Administration :
  • Manage and administer complementary pension plans for all Belgian affiliates.
  • Extract, analyse and validate HR data from SAP on a monthly basis.
  • Calculate, control and inject pension contributions into external pension fund platforms.
• Retirement Management :
  • Prepare and manage retirement files from A to Z.
  • Advise employees on legal and supplementary pension schemes.
  • Perform retirement simulations (capital vs. annuity scenarios).
• Disability & Long-Term Absences :
  • Follow-up with Allianz en Van Breda for sick leave > 1 year.
  • Manage transitions from guaranteed salary and mutuality coverage to disability insurance schemes.
• Employee Share Ownership & Capital Increase Programme :
  • Coordinate the annual Employee Share Purchase Plan (ACRS) in Belgium.
  • Determine eligible employee populations through SAP data extraction.
  • Manage subscription ceilings, communications and employee questions.
• Coordinate and oversee the Belgian Cafeteria Plan and Flex Bonus Plan.
• Ad hoc questions + support & expertise with new regulations …

Profile Interim Pension & Benefits Specialist:

• Strong experience within HR Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Pension Administration or Employee Benefits.
• Experience managing pension plans, retirement schemes, insurance or social benefits is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with Belgian social legislation and pension-related processes is preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple entities, business units or affiliates is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Excellent SAP knowledge is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong affinity with data analysis.

Languages: FR / EN (must), NL (nice to have)

Start: ASAP

FT/PT: Fulltime or 4/5 (2 day homework after onboarding period)
