Description

Looking for an enthusiastic coordinator to manage Front Office operations, visitor & customer relations, and CRM sales pipeline tracking (Lead → Demo → Proposal → Closure) across our software portfolio.

Front Desk: Calls, emails, visitors, meetings & office records

CRM & Sales: Lead pipeline, demo schedules, proposals & MIS

Products: AyuCare360 HMS, EMPORA Finance, HRMS & CRM

Role Responsibilities

• Front Office: Handle calls, emails, visitors, appointments & schedules
• Pipeline Tracking: Lead → Demo → Proposal → Follow-up → Closure
• Sales Coordination: Schedule product demos and client pitches
• Reporting: Maintain CRM updates & prepare MIS reports
• Support: Office records, documentation, proposals & follow-ups

Desired Profile & Skills

• 2–5 years relevant experience in Front Office / CRM coordination
• Fluent communication in English, Telugu & Hindi
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
• Basic CRM software understanding (B2B software is a plus)
• Qualification: Any Graduate (Female candidates preferred)
