Gather, analyze, and document business needs from stakeholders
Translate business requirements into functional analyses and user stories
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams
Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and identify improvements
Contribute to the definition and optimization of business processes and customer journeys
Collaborate with Product Owners and project teams to maximize delivered value
Participate in testing, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business expectations

Qualifications

Up to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or other relevant Technology degrees
Solid understanding of business analysis fundamentals
Experience working with product, IT, or business teams
Previous experience conducting workshops, requirements gathering and process analysis
Fluent in French or Dutch, with a very good command of English (spoken and written)
