Implementation Clinical Consultant Radiology Informatics
Provide clinical- and/or application consultancy services during sales and project implementation phase for Philips Radiology Informatics Solutions (e.g., vuePACS, vueRIS).
Your role:
- Ensure successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions.
- Educate and coach sales resources in Radiology Informatics Solutions and support methodology development.
- Validate solution design to fit customer clinical requirements during presales for medium‑complex, local implementations within Central Europe.
- Develop relationships and provide guidance to senior management customer leaders.
- Serve in a consultative role throughout sales, implementation, and adoption to ensure smooth, effective, and successful implementation of Philips RI solutions.
- Support and advise the salesforce during customer acquisition to develop medium‑complex opportunities <1m EUR.
- Analyze situations or data requiring good knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Provide clinical consultancy services to medium‑complex projects within Central Europe on workflow analysis, identification of changes, and adoption of solution design.
- Guide the customer in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions.
- Coach and educate Clinical Consultants across Central Europe and customers in the use of medium‑complex situations for multiple solutions.
- Act as active member of the Clinical Consulting Community Central Europe to share knowledge, experience, and lessons learned.
You're the right fit if:
- Experience in clinical area of Radiology Informatics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong skills to structure problems and design solutions that customers believe in and advocate.
- Ability to communicate simply and persuasively to varied audiences, from individual contributors to organizational leadership, verbally, in writing, face‑to‑face, and remotely.
- Shown ability to resolve issues in medium‑complex environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel 70%.
