Televic-Rail seeks an experienced IT Service Desk Team Lead to combine hands-on technical support with team coordination and service desk leadership. You will support users across our international organization and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
You will be based at our Izegem headquarters and work closely with colleagues and external IT partners supporting locations in Belgium, Germany, Bulgaria and the United States.
