Synlar in Belgium is looking for researchers to contribute to a short-term project on labour market needs and migrant workers’ green and digital skills. The engagement is part-time and flexible, offered as freelance work or a volunteering arrangement, with a June–July 2025 timeline and a 31 July deadline.
Selected candidates will conduct desk reviews, interviews with employers and migrant job-seekers, and translate/adapt tools as needed.
