Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Warehousing Expert to lead a complex warehousing project. This hybrid role integrates end-to-end project management with functional leadership to deliver scalable and robust operational solutions.
- Lead the project lifecycle from concept to design, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and resource requirements.
- Provide functional leadership as a senior subject matter expert for internal warehousing and material flows.
- Translate complex operational needs into robust and implementable functional requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure alignment between engineering, operations, and quality functions.
- Evaluate alternative storage concepts and challenge assumptions to recommend optimal warehousing solutions.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and strategic trade-offs to senior management and steering committees.
- You have 8+ years of experience in managing complex warehousing, logistics, or industrial projects.
- You bring expert-level knowledge of warehouse layout design, storage solutions, and material flows.
- You possess a proven track record of project leadership within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- You're an analytical problem-solver with strong capabilities in stakeholder management and strategic communication.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
