Manage, create, and maintain item master data, pricing, customer discounts, and stock settings across systems
Administer customer and contact accounts across SAP, MDG, Salesforce, eShop, and local web platforms
Act as the operational master data owner, ensuring data quality, consistency, and process documentation across all systems
Resolve system synchronization issues, data discrepancies, account access requests, and data quality errors
Support system implementations, data migrations, and upgrades as a key user, while coordinating incident resolution

You have experience with master data management and administrative business processes
You have strong knowledge of SAP and Excel
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Fluent in Dutch ; French is a strong plus
