Job Description

  • Be the main contact person for German-speaking customers.
  • Answer customer questions by phone and email.
  • Help customers with banking products, services, and account-related requests.
  • Support customers with transactions and general banking questions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in German.
  • Follow banking regulations and company procedures.
  • Build positive relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with colleagues and share knowledge with the team

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should:

  • Enjoy helping people and providing good customer service.
  • Be comfortable communicating with different types of customers.
  • Speak German fluently and have a good level of English or French.
  • Be patient, friendly, and professional.
  • Be willing to learn about banking products and procedures.
  • Stay organized and pay attention to details.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and sharing knowledge with colleague
